3. Product Availability & Pricing

• Pricing Currency: All prices displayed on our website are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and are applicable to UK mainland retail distributions.
• Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

4. Contract Formation & Order Acceptance

• Order Validation: When you place an order on our site, it constitutes an offer to purchase. An order confirmation email from us acknowledges receipt of your request but does not signify formal acceptance of your order.
• Contract Completion: Technical acceptance of the contract occurs explicitly when we dispatch your items and issue a secondary shipping email containing your DPD or Evri tracking information.
• Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including stock limitations, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is canceled after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.

5. Secure Payment Gateways

• Courier Networks: Deliveries are handled via standard mainland couriers, primarily DPD UK and Evri.
• Inspection & Damage Reporting: You must inspect your items immediately upon arrival. Any defects, shortage claims, or transit damages must be reported via email within 24 hours of delivery receipt to qualify for a valid return or claim.

7. Returns, Refunds & Condition of Goods

Our return policy lasts for 30 calendar days from the date of package delivery.

• Pre-Authorization Requirement: You must contact us via email before sending any items back. Unauthorised returns will not be processed.
• Condition: Returned items must be completely unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Used items are strictly non-acceptable.
• Courier Restrictions: Return shipping must be handled via standard, cost-effective tracked couriers. Do not use Royal Mail or premium express courier solutions.
• Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be initiated within 3–5 working days of our warehouse receiving and inspecting the returned item.

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Curvaso, our directors, or our logistics partners shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of our products or storefront service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with our services or items is to request a return within our structural 30-day window.
