1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Return Eligibility & Conditions
To qualify for a successful return and refund, your item must meet the following strict criteria:
- Unused Condition: Used items are not acceptable for return. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
- Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging.
3. Damaged or Defective Items (24-Hour Notice)
We maintain high operational and quality standards, but shipping damage can occasionally occur.
- You must inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival.
- Any defects, shortages, or shipping damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the item. * Please include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage in your email so we can process a swift replacement or claim.
4. How to Initiate a Return
⚠️ CRITICAL: You must contact us before returning any items. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or our warehouse without prior written authorization from our team. Unauthorized returns cannot be tracked and will not be processed.
Important Courier Restraints
When shipping your return back to us, please follow these cost-saving rules:
- Do not use Royal Mail or any premium, high-cost courier services.
- We advise using budget-friendly, tracked standard mainland couriers (such as Evri, InPost, or Yodel).
- Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged and was reported within the 24-hour window.
5. Refund Processing Timeline (3–5 Working Days)
Once your returned package is delivered back to our facility, our logistics team will inspect the item to verify its condition.
- We will notify you via email that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be initiated automatically.
- The funds will be credited back to your original payment method (Stripe, Visa, Mastercard, or Apple Pay) within 3 to 5 working days. Please note that your banking institution may take additional time to clear the transaction into your account.
